Note: A contract represents a 1:1 mapping of a CPA to a project. A CPA can have only one contract per project, although they may work on multiple projects for the same client at the same time.
Instructions: This form is to be filled out after the client and CPA have finalized and agreed upon the contract details. Enter the details for the relationship manager and the CPA associated with this contract along with other contract details. The site will verify that IDs and last names match up. Upon successful submission, the following actions will be completed:
- A Woo Commerce product will be created representing 1 hr of work by the CPA on this project, at the agreed-upon price. (This is used to automatically generated bills and invoices from timesheets.) The CPA’s email and project name will be added to the product metadata.
- A new contract will be created in the “contracts” table. (Contract ID, Project ID, Product ID, CPA ID, Relationship Manager ID, plus all other details.)
- The Project ID, Product ID, and Contract ID will be added to the CPA’s metadata.
